Who is it aimed at?

Golfing Federations and bodies already cater extensively for the top echelon of golfers in their countries. This is extremely important as these are the golfers who will continue to represent their country in amateur and professional golf. Unfortunately, this adds up to a very small portion of golfers within each country.

We are all aware that the bulk of each nation’s golfers are the regular and loyal club and public handicap-registered golfers, members who play their golf off handicap and enjoy the competition and camaraderie amongst their peers. The International Pairs are specifically aimed and designed to give the amateur, handicap clubs and public handicap-registered golfers, the possible opportunity to play at a higher level against golfers of other countries in exciting tournament conditions.

The International Pairs is a pairs event and a pair can consist of 2 men, 2 ladies or a mixed pair and it is designed in such a manner to enhance the inclusive participation of all registered/affiliated golfers in each country.

At the International Pairs World Finals the tournament is played over 2 days as a 36-hole Better ball Stableford event.

A series of qualifying events are held in each country and depending on participant numbers, pairs qualify to win through to the next round until a winning pair has been found, who will then win through to the International Pairs World Finals.

International Pairs  HQ (based in Spain) provides turnkey support to ensure each franchise realizes its potential, whilst developing the brands.

Fundamentally, our Licensee offering represents a significant income generator in its own right. The simplicity of the model enables individual licensees to reap commercial opportunities, in both established and developing golf markets. Similarly receiving significant advantages, whereby using the brand as an internal and external networking tool.

License Model

The License are sold on a worldwide basis to successful candidates, who then possess a level of autonomy in event implementation and the selling of sponsorship in a select territory.

Whilst each Licensee will benefit from tailoring the model according to their current golf market, our events provide a series of systems and process and best practices, to ensure the correct delivery and representation of the concept.

Fundamentally, The events provide overarching support to all its licensees. In forming an association with these brands, you will be responsible for organizing a golf tournament series, open to any person within your territory.
