CoastVenture · Property Investment & Management Partner
A local team for your next chapter in Tenerife
CoastVenture’s Christo Palasov and Veronika Elkhovikova explain how one apartment grew into a connected property, hospitality and workspace ecosystem—and why preparation matters more than pressure when buying abroad.
CoastVenture began in Tenerife four years ago by managing a single apartment. That close-up view of guests, owners and island operations became the starting point for a broader idea: make staying, investing, working and building a business in Tenerife clearer and better connected.
Now serving the 2026 International Pairs World Final as its Property Investment & Management Partner, the group brings together four complementary brands. In written responses prepared for International Pairs, two members of the team describe how the ecosystem works and what prospective buyers should understand before taking a first step.
Two perspectives, one local team

Veronika Elkhovikova
Administration Manager & Sales at CoastVenture & CoastFlat
From one apartment to a connected ecosystem
Christo says the company’s early experience showed that accommodation, property investment, professional work and local business support were not separate needs. They were different stages of one relationship with Tenerife.
Today, CoastFlat supports property sales and professional rental management; Book Your CoastFlat gives travellers direct access to managed homes; CoastOffice provides a business base in Costa Adeje; and the wider Coast ecosystem connects those services with local knowledge, technology and partnerships.
“We identify what makes staying, investing or doing business in Tenerife unnecessarily complicated, and create practical ways to make that journey clearer, better connected and more reliable.”Christo Palasov
Start with the person, not the property
For someone who has never bought abroad, Veronika’s advice begins before the viewing list. The first conversation should establish budget, intended personal use, rental goals and time horizon. Only then can the team compare areas and identify opportunities that genuinely fit.
Before a commitment, CoastVenture coordinates the relevant legal, tax, technical and financing checks with specialist partners. After a purchase, CoastFlat can help prepare the home and manage pricing, bookings, guests and owner reporting.
“In property, confidence should come from preparation, not pressure.”Veronika Elkhovikova

The view creates the emotion. Preparation supports the decision.
Southern Tenerife combines year-round visitor demand, airport access and distinct micro-markets—from Costa Adeje and Los Cristianos to Costa del Silencio, Playa Paraíso, Parque de la Reina and Abama. Veronika says those areas suit different budgets, guest profiles and lifestyles, so a buyer needs more than an attractive listing.
Rental eligibility, building rules, operating costs, intended use and realistic performance all need to be checked in context. CoastVenture’s written responses stress that legal, tax and rental questions depend on the property, municipality and buyer’s circumstances; specialist advice should be part of the process from the beginning.

Technology should remove friction, not human contact
Christo describes technology as infrastructure rather than the product itself. CoastVenture uses it across pricing, market analysis, owner reporting, guest communication and smart access. The aim is to reduce repetitive work and give both the team and property owners clearer information.
The final responsibility remains human. Guests should notice quick answers, straightforward access and a stay that runs smoothly; owners should notice clarity, control and better-informed decisions.
“The best technology is almost invisible.”Christo Palasov

A relationship with Tenerife can begin in many ways
It may start with a week in a professionally managed home through Book Your CoastFlat, followed by a meeting or working day at CoastOffice. Over time, that first stay can become a longer relationship, a property purchase, a management mandate or a business partnership.
Christo says visitors are often surprised by how international and entrepreneurial the island’s business community is. The pace may feel relaxed, but building a serious professional life still depends on local relationships, island logistics and understanding how business is done.
Growing outward without losing the local connection
CoastVenture’s Canary Islands base supports an international outlook. Christo points to the Zona Especial Canaria framework as a platform for building a technology and services company from Tenerife, alongside commitments to investment, employment and authorised economic activity.
The group’s accommodation network now connects Tenerife with destinations including Alicante, Leipzig, Vienna, Punta del Este and Montevideo, while its wider company network spans several European markets. Its stated aim is not simply expansion, but deeper local knowledge and trusted partnerships without losing service quality or the human relationships behind the business.
An international team helps translate more than language. Different backgrounds help the company understand what clients expect and connect those expectations with local reality.
