The International Pairs Ryder Experience returns alongside the 2026 World Final in Tenerife, giving players the opportunity to be part of a team-format week inspired by the spirit of the Ryder Cup, set against the confirmed World Final stage of Golf del Sur and Hotel Barcelo.
A Team Week Like No Other
The Ryder Experience runs in conjunction with the International Pairs World Final and is designed for players who want more than a traditional tournament week. Entrants are placed into teams, drawn into an international competitive atmosphere, and immersed in a format built around camaraderie, captains, strategy and memorable moments both on and off the course.
For 2026, the experience moves onto a confirmed Tenerife stage with Golf del Sur hosting all three rounds of golf, and Hotel Barcelo as the official event base for the week.

Led by Captains
A defining part of the Ryder Experience is the role of the captains. Players are drawn into teams and compete under their captain in a matchplay-style environment that gives the week a stronger identity, more team pride and a very different energy from a normal amateur golf trip.
The 2024 Tenerife edition showed exactly why this concept works so well — visible team leadership, shared colours, player support and a more emotional competition environment from the first practice round through to the final matches. 2026 captain details will be announced in due course, but the same team-led structure remains core to the event.

5–9 October Itinerary
The week structure follows the World Final calendar with all three rounds of golf at Golf del Sur, keeping the social and competitive rhythm that made the Ryder Experience so strong in previous editions. Final timings will be confirmed closer to the event.
Arrival & Team Draw
Arrive in Tenerife, check in to Hotel Barcelo, complete registration and join the opening evening where players are drawn into teams under their captain and the week officially begins.
Practice Round at Golf del Sur
Players head to Golf del Sur for the official practice round, settle into the venue setup and begin building team rhythm ahead of the competition matches.
Tournament Round One at Golf del Sur
The first tournament round at Golf del Sur puts the matchplay teams into action, with captains leading from the front and the Ryder-style atmosphere taking hold across the World Final week.
Tournament Round Two at Golf del Sur & Celebration
The second and deciding tournament round at Golf del Sur is followed by the wider World Final social programme and prize-giving environment, making this the emotional peak of the week.
Departures
Final departures from Tenerife after five days of team competition, destination golf and the full International Pairs event atmosphere.
