Siroko’s team explains how technical roots, clean design and continuous player feedback shape its growing golf range—and why comfort matters across every hour of a round.
The Gijón-born sportswear company joins the 2026 International Pairs World Final as its Apparel Partner. In written responses prepared for International Pairs, the team discusses moving from cycling and outdoor apparel into golf, building garments for freedom of movement and taking a local brand onto an international amateur stage.
Part one · Siroko and golf
A technical foundation with golf in its sights
Siroko describes its starting point as technical: experience developed across cycling, skiing, snow and outdoor clothing, combined with a preference for clean design and accessible pricing. Golf appealed because it is global, and because a digital-first company could reach players well beyond its home market.
The team also saw an opportunity to transfer fabrics and practical ideas from other sports into a game where players spend hours outdoors. That long duration changes the brief. A garment has to move through the swing, manage changing conditions and remain comfortable without drawing attention away from the round.

Part two · Designing for the course
Comfort is not a minor thing
The Birkdale performance polo is the clearest example of that approach. Siroko’s current product specification combines ultralight stretch fabric, moisture management, underarm microperforations and UPF 50+ protection with a regular fit and split hem.
For the team, summer golf made a lightweight technical polo essential. The aim is simple: fresh fabric, unrestricted movement and enough breathability for a player to swing freely across an 18-hole round.
Design does not stop at performance. Siroko says its experience in other sports helps it create technical products that last while retaining the fashion component golfers expect.
Part three · From course to street
Golf apparel that works beyond the fairway
Siroko’s golf wardrobe now spans lightweight and pique polos, knitwear, trousers, shorts, quarter-zips, windbreakers, rain layers, insulated vests and accessories. The team sees that variety as part of modern golf: players increasingly expect clothing to work before the first tee, throughout the round and away from the course.
That exchange can work in both directions. Siroko says golfers have already adopted some of its tennis polos and adventure windbreakers, reinforcing the idea that technical sportswear does not need to stay inside one category.
Part four · Fit, testing and feedback
The range keeps learning from real players
Siroko says it entered golf quietly, beginning with regular fits and building its understanding through use. Golf professionals within its affiliate network test the clothing, while club players competing in Siroko events provide an ongoing stream of feedback.
That contact helps the team test more than appearance. Fit, movement and comfort have to work for real swings and real rounds, and the range can continue evolving as players respond to each collection.

Part five · Tenerife and the World Final
A local-to-global idea on an international stage
Siroko says it believes in taking a local idea to a global audience. The International Pairs World Final offers an opportunity to strengthen the brand’s presence in Spain while introducing its golf apparel to players arriving from many countries.
For World Final week, the team points players towards a flexible wardrobe: lightweight polos, insulated vests, quarter-zip pullovers, windbreakers, trousers and shorts. The principle is to choose the colour and style that feels right, then focus on enjoying the golf.
